I’m Rebecca, a Medicine Woman and Licensed Massage Therapist who works with the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies to create and support sustainable transformational healing.
My work blends sacred intuitive touch, somatic bodywork, nervous-system regulation, energy medicine, sound medicine, aroma therapy, plant spirit medicine, shamanic principles, and deep spiritual guidance.
I help people return home to their authentic selves, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and step into a more aligned, empowered version of themselves.
MY PATH HERE:
Like many healers, I did not wake up one morning suddenly enlightened and floating on a lotus flower.
I spent years stuck as a victim of life, constantly repeating survival mode patterns, feeling emotionally disconnected, battling shame, anger, fear, & depression leading to chronic body tension, migraines, fatigue & illness. No matter what I did it was never enough, and I was never enough.
My turning point was when I realized the answers I was looking for to feel better were not outside of me. They were wrapped up in my mess, spoken through my body as messages.
I just had to listen. That listening became a remembering and that remembering became my calling.
WHAT I HELP YOU DO:
